Recognized as the top of The Guardian’s “Seven Wonders of the New World,” Beijing Daxing International Airport is the world’s largest single terminal building, spanning over 1.4 million square meters—equivalent to 63 Tiananmen Squares. The roof alone covers an area the size of 25 football fields, setting new benchmarks for global aviation architecture.
GOWE Group’s advanced formwork and scaffolding systems played a key role in enabling the rapid and sustainable construction of this iconic project. Utilizing early dismantling formwork systems, over 100 workers completed critical phases of the project in just 7 months. With a turnover rate of 3 times, GOWE’s materials demonstrated exceptional reusability and efficiency.
