Project Overview:
As a key component of the Phase I New Urbanization Construction in Changchun New District, this project features a high-speed road network system known as “Three Roads and Seven Bridges.” It includes east-west Xingfu Avenue, north-south Beiyuanda Street, and Zhongke Street, with a total design length of 34.2 km. Built to expressway standards—with some sections meeting arterial road requirements—the main roads span 8 lanes in both directions, and auxiliary roads span 6 lanes in both directions. The total construction volume reached 800,000 cubic meters.
This strategic infrastructure greatly enhances connectivity between the Beihu Science and Technology Development Zone, the Airport Economic Demonstration Zone, and the China-South Korea Cooperation Demonstration Zone, driving coordinated regional development and accelerating economic growth in Changchun New District.
