Application Scenarios
Beam bottom and side panel installation in high-rise buildings
Beam formwork support in residential and commercial buildings
Beam bottom support systems in industrial construction
The Beam Bottom Panel is a horizontally arranged flat formwork that directly contacts the concrete at the bottom of the beam. It is connected to both sides of the slab through the external angle formwork in the width direction of the beam. Some beam bottom panels feature flanges on both sides, which are punched and directly connected to the vertical beam side panel using pins and pin pieces. This type of beam bottom panel is also referred to as an aircraft panel. The beam bottom panel or beam bottom aircraft panel is connected at both ends in the length direction to the beam bottom support head or the beam bottom internal corner panel.
The Beam Side Panel refers to the plane panel arranged vertically on the side of the beam, used to shield the concrete on the beam’s side. The upper part of the Beam Side Panel on the inner beam is generally connected to the slab corner.

Stable Support: The beam bottom and side panels effectively support and ensure precise concrete forming, enhancing overall structural stability.
Precise Connection: The external angle formwork and pin connections ensure a firm connection between the beam formwork and the slab, minimizing construction errors.
High-Strength Design: Made from high-strength materials, capable of withstanding significant pressure during construction.
Versatile Applications: Suitable for beam bottom support systems, providing a reliable solution for concrete forming.
Easy Installation: Modular design allows for quick installation and disassembly, saving construction time.
We believe the projects that we have executed speak for themselves. CITIC HIC has engineered and provided 6 AG mills of Ø12.2m×11m (28000kW gearless drive) and 6 overflow discharge ball mills of Ø7.9×13.6m (2×9000kW gear drive) for Sino Iron Project in Australia. For Zijin Mining’s Duobaoshan Copper Mine project in Heilongjiang, we have manufactured and provided SAG mills of Ø11×6.4m (2×9000kW) and overflow discharge ball mills of Ø7.9×13.6m (2×9000kW) which have been well operating currently.
