Application Scenarios
Wall end construction for high-rise buildings
Wall sealing for apartments, office buildings, and commercial complexes
Wall structure forming for industrial plants
The wall end panel is a specialized formwork used for sealing the ends of walls. Since wall ends are typically not directly connected to external structures, the wall end panel is usually classified as an internal wall panel. Its bottom edge features an angled aluminum design, enhancing structural stability and sealing performance.
Currently, 200mm-wide beam bottom panels and wall end panels are designed with 65mm flanges on both long sides, allowing for easy assembly and disassembly. Thanks to their excellent integrity and modular connection, these panels are commonly referred to as “aircraft panels” on construction sites. This design significantly improves construction efficiency and ensures high-quality concrete forming.

Strong Structural Stability: Angled aluminum design offers excellent support and superior concrete forming results.
Easy Installation: 65mm flanges on both sides enable fast, modular assembly and dismantling.
Excellent Integrity: Tight panel connections ensure high-quality construction and enhanced safety.
Flexible Application: Suitable for sealing various types of wall ends across different building structures.
High Construction Efficiency: Reduces manual adjustment time, speeds up installation, and lowers overall project costs.
We believe the projects that we have executed speak for themselves. CITIC HIC has engineered and provided 6 AG mills of Ø12.2m×11m (28000kW gearless drive) and 6 overflow discharge ball mills of Ø7.9×13.6m (2×9000kW gear drive) for Sino Iron Project in Australia. For Zijin Mining’s Duobaoshan Copper Mine project in Heilongjiang, we have manufactured and provided SAG mills of Ø11×6.4m (2×9000kW) and overflow discharge ball mills of Ø7.9×13.6m (2×9000kW) which have been well operating currently.
